I did add chicken that I cooked in olive oil with garlic and red pepper. What a disappointment! It's really good! The balsamic vinegar and the white wine worked together fantastically as did everything else. I'm sure it would add to it, but you really don't have to have it in this for it to work. This recipe was very easy to make and WONDERFUL in flavor. Also, I think adding the cheese to individual servings would work better as it tends to clumps together. This is a must try!
